Kasich orders flags at half staff for 9/11 remembrance

For the anniversary of the Sept. 11 attacks which killed about 3,000 people, Governor John Kasich has ordered flags be flown at half staff for the day and a moment of silence at begin 8:46 a.m., the time when the first plane hit the World Trade Center. His office said that flags on public grounds should be at half staff from sunrise to sunset Thursday.
