Hat-trick at CMA: Beer, Art, and Music
Looking to add some BAM to your Thursday night as you head into the weekend? Head to Think Like an Artist Thursdays at the Columbus Museum of Art at 480 E Broad St and discover an eclectic flight of beer, art, and music the first Thursday of every month.
The most famous and infamous painter of the 20th century, Pablo Picasso said every child is an artist – the problem is how to remain an artist once we grow up.
Artists think, imagine, explore, and connect our society in unique ways from myriad perspectives. At CMA you can get in touch with your creative, artist-child while engaging in some pretty inspiring adult activities.
On Thursday, May 3, from 6:30 – 8:30 pm, indulge your creativity with Beer from MadTree Brewing Company, a Cincinnati-based brewing company founded on the idea that beer builds community and community builds beer.
Create Art and your own handmade book in a workshop with Twigg’s Bindery, where creativity has always been at the heart of the books founder Jonna Twigg makes.
Add some old gospel sound and vintage soul to your life with Music by Topher James and the Biscuit Brigade, purveyors of art and soul. Pay what you want admission.
