Round two: Columbus Knife Fight
It’s round two of the Columbus Knife Fight and Brian from OH Burger and Dan from That Food Truck will be pulling out the knives and are out for the win. Set for Saturday at Food Fort Columbus, the battle will begin at 10 p.m. (starting late so fellow chefs, servers and foodies can watch the action after work). With ten minutes to plan the dishes, the two chefs will concoct dishes with ingredients from a mystery basket and a limited pantry and chefs will determine the winner. The inaugural round of the Columbus Knife fight brought in about 100 people to watch on the action and all the smack talk that happened behind the line.
