The pro-gun groups say Ohio state law allows people to own any firearm and it’s components or parts. According to 10TV, the groups say bump stocks are considered parts and banning them is illegal.
In reaction to the lawsuit, Ohioans for Concealed Carry posted on Facebook, “Who didn’t see this coming?”
The Buckeye Firearms Association and Ohioans For Concealed Carry are also suing Cincinnati on similar grounds.
