Bake me happy with gluten free goods
For all those gluten free people who ogle at all the pastries and baked goods that are off limits: Bake Me Happy. The bakery is celebrating its grand opening Saturday from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. and it cooks in an entirely gluten free environment in Merion Village. They also pair baking with community support and have a close relationship with ARC Industries and the Franklin County Board of Developmental Disabilities. That relationship allows them to give adults opportunities who might have disabilities.
