What’s next for Bridge Park Dublin? A new hotel, a parking garage, retail and office space, restaurants, residential units, and entertainment options.
Developer Crawford Hoying is appearing before Dublin’s planning and zoning commission to talk about what they have in mind for the next two block of Bridge Park, reports Columbus Business First.
Exact tenants and numbers are not yet established but one block would have a mixed-use building with retail on the ground floor, restaurant space, potentially a hotel and a parking structure.

The other block would consist of a commercial building, a residential structure and an attached parking garage.
Both blocks are immediately east of the current parking structures and north of the new office building currently under construction, reports Columbus Business First.
Also underway at Bridge Park:
- A $100 million quartet of mixed-use buildings and condos along Riverside Drive
- An 80,000-square-foot office building next to the AC Hotel to the south
