The Blue Jackets get better and so does the food
Now that the Columbus Blue Jackets are getting better, so is the food the fans eat. Sushi is hitting the arena. Yes, sushi, because what says hockey like wasabi and beer? “We need to step up our game just like the Blue Jackets do on the ice,” Tom Booth, general manager of Delaware North Companies Columbus Sportservice told Columbus Business First. “We’re always trying to improve, but this is more changes than ever before. This isn’t frozen burgers and hot dogs.” Speciality burgers, sausage sandwiches are still available, kettle chip nachos, tacos and sushi are among items fans can grab between periods. Craft beer will also be available around the arena.
