Urban cow tipping: Smart Car flipped near campus
Just a few blocks off OSU’s campus, a Car2Go Smart Car hit the pavement Friday morning. Vandals reportedly flipped the car over on Frambes Avenue near High Street, and police said they found shattered glass along the road where the car was tipped. Witnesses have told police that they saw a group of about six run from the vehicle afterward, according to 10TV.
