Columbus’ newest player in the liquor game brought the mac and they brought it hard.

High Bank Distillery has this little thing called Pimento Mac hiding out in the menu under the Sides and we think it needs to be a part of your life.

This unique skillet is made with orecchiette pasta which pools the creamy cheese well in it’s bowl-like shape.

The creamy underbelly is engulfed by a melty, bubbly, chewy layer of rich cheese.

Bits of vibrant pimentos are peppered (pun intended) throughout the dish, giving it a fresh, sweet, and succulent kick.
