3rd-graders prepare for reading test, teachers still on strike

In another wave of backlash, some parents are asking that the third-grade reading test be postponed until the Reynoldsburg strike is finished, but the district has said that’s just not an option. Substitute teachers are set to administer the test that decides if the student will move onto the fourth grade. The testing is set to begin Monday, and there doesn’t seem to be an end yet for the strike. To administer the test it doesn’t take much training the district has said and they have enough subs to ensure the test can be administered.
