Woman arrested for stealing from senior living home

A woman who is accused of having stolen from a senior living home in Hilliard has been arrested. Peggy Bill, 45, allegedly stole several times from Carriage Court of Hilliard, after several victims linked Bill to the thefts. Police have linked the suspect to several pawn shops where she sold jewelry.
