Back to work: Unemployment rate drops

In September, thousands more Ohio workers went back to work and the unemployment rate dropped from 5.7 percent to 5.6 percent from August to September. Looking a full year back, that’s a massive drop from September in 2013 when the unemployment rate was at 7.4 percent. The number of unemployed workers was down by 5,000 people.
