Major changes for fourth street downtown exit
Friday at 8 p.m. the Fourth Street ramp into downtown Columbus from 70 West will be shut down forever. It’s part of the massive 70/71 Interchange Project. Instead, drivers will have to get off at the Downtown Exit onto Mound Street which is set to open Saturday.
