High winds knock out power for thousands
UPDATE: High winds across central Ohio are knocking out power for thousands of AEP customers. Just before noon, reports were at 6,400 outages.
Another AEP power outage has hit Franklin county with 3,037 customers without power in the county. Grab the candles again.
