Butts banned! No smoking in UA, Delaware parks

If you’re planning a trip to one of the many fine public parks in Upper Arlington or Delaware, you’ll have to leave the cancer sticks at home.
City Councils for both municipalities passed bans on smoking in city parks on Monday. Both bans apply to the use of e-cigarettes as well as traditional tobacco products.

Under the new laws, smoking on public land would be considered criminal trespassing.
