Ohiocheckbook.com outlines the spending for the past 7 years online and it was set up by state Treasurer Josh Mandel as he urged for more transparency from the state. There are 112 million transactions over the last seven years, and Mandel wanted taxpayers to know exactly where their money was going, down to the very last dollar.
