To round out the science-filled week, COSI will host a FREE Big Science Celebration on Saturday, May 4 from 11am – 4pm. With over 100 exhibitors, food and drinks, and live entertainment, this brainy bash is sure to entertain.
But wait, there’s more.
COSI will be officially closing out the festivities with a “thrilling, BIG, explosive finale” at 4pm on the English Plaza (see map for details).
“The COSI Science Festival will showcase how exciting, interesting, fun, and accessible science is to all of us and how relevant it is to our daily lives. In addition, it will shine a light on the fantastic science, technology, and industry innovation in our great central Ohio region,” said Dr. Frederic Bertley, President and CEO of COSI. “Science festivals are fantastic ways to engage communities and meet the people right where they live, learn, and lounge.”
COTA will serve as the “Official Ride Partner” and is offering free transportation to and from COSI’s Big Science Celebration on Saturday. Visitors can receive a COTA bus pass for their trip home by visiting COTA’s brand new bus parked on the Rich Street Bridge during the Big Science Celebration.
