The 2019 Taco Fest is set to kick off this weekend at Genoa Park and before you eat yourself 10 lbs. heavier from all those tortillas, the coordinators and presenters of the festival put together a quick digital pamphlet to working your way through the madness.

Last year’s Taco Fest saw more than 30,000 visitors and the organizers heard those concerns, and is hoping to address them this year. With the hype being just as big this year, here’s how you can survive the sometimes long lines and large crowds.
