The reigning champ in the ColumBest category of Best Tattoo Parlor has completed a sneaky expansion. Evolved Body Art has opened a new located at 2413 N. High St.

The tattoo and piercing shop is now up and running in the Old North neighborhood with such neighbors as Dick’s Den and The Mug & Brush Barber Shop.
