Having been open less than a year, High Bank Distillery has already made their claim to fame with their food, drinks, and selection of parlor games. Their new summer menu boasts a delicious fish taco that is sure to make the mouth water upon sight.

Sprinkle a bit of that nice tart lime juice on top of crispy fried white fish, and be prepared to make your tastebuds sing.

I had some fish puns, but I decided I needed to scale back 🐟// 📍High Bank Distillery – In the words of The Little Mermaid, “Look at this stuff, isn’t it neat? Wouldn’t you think my collection’s complete?” I was invited to try out High Bank’s new spring menu and DANG SON, was I impressed! From the apps to the drinks, the new dishes are definitely showstopping gooooooood. You gots to try. Personal fave: the fish tacos and the cauli steak. I mean, talk about flavor 👏 Their new menu drops next Monday and you best believe that I am all for it 👌
