2 local libraries to close later this month
To better serve the community, the Columbus Metropolitan Library will close two of its branches later this month for renovations.
Franklinton and Livingston libraries will close at 6pm on Saturday, Oct. 26 for approximately one month while both buildings undergo updates.
Customers will still be able to return items using the outdoor Returns at both branches.

Beginning Monday, October 28, the Franklinton Branch Homework Help Center will move temporarily into the cafeteria of nearby Avondale Elementary School at 141 Hawkes Ave. It will be open to K-12 students Monday-Thursday from 4pm- 7pm and Friday from 4pm- 6pm.
Columbus Metro Libraries will announce reopening dates once they are finalized.
Customers are encouraged to visit nearby CML locations for programs and services during the renovations.
