As part of the Columbus Museum of Art’s current expansion project, a new restaurant will take residence overlooking the sculpture garden. It’s now been announced that the catering division of Cameron Mitchell Restaurants will be handling all of the culinary goodness. That includes not just the day-to-day food operations of the new effort, but also catering duties for special events at the museum,
As for that museum restaurant…it will be called Lino, as in the glass artist Lino Tagliapietra. Tagliapietra’s work will be featured in the sculpture garden. The restaurant is expected to open in the fall. (jj)
