Two female Amur tigers join Columbus Zoo family

The Columbus Zoo and Aquarium is welcoming two female Amur tigers named Natasha and Changbai to their family.

Zookeepers hope 7-year-old Natasha, who came from the Bronx Zoo, will mate with the Columus Zoo’s male tiger, Jupiter.

Changbai, who was born at the Philadelphia Zoo in 2007, came to Columbus from Connecticut’s Beardsley Zoo in August 2019.

Visitors can see both of the new additions in the Columbus Zoo’s Asia Quest area.
