That’s safe—E. coli in the water

The Upper Scioto Watershed (where most of the delightful drinking water Columbusites love comes from) apparently has double the amount of E. coli that is safe for rec sports, according to the Dispatch. At pretty much every point they tested, EPA officials found the same thing: it wasn’t safe. Ohio EPA suggestions to lower the E. coli level were for farmers in the area to reduce the amount of fertilizer, inspecting septic tanks among others.
