Police arrest suspected rapist, ask other victims to come forward
William Jarrett isn’t just a one time offender, police say. He was arrested July 2 for pulling a woman behind a dumpster and raping her, and police are asking other victims to come forward to help with the case. There were two other reports of rape in the area in September and according to the Dispatch, DNA matches Jarrett to both cases.
