One of our favorite ice cream flavors marrying savory and sweet is back, baby.

Fluffernutter Pie, with creamy roasted peanut butter and sweet marshmallow ice creams and oat pie crust pieces, is back on the menu at Jeni’s Splendid Ice Creams.

Don’t wait to get your fix. According to Jeni Britton Bauer herself, this flavor is only back for a limited time.

“It’s definitely popular with Jeni’s diehards,” Britton Bauer said.

Childhood nostalgia was the inspiration for the flavor.

“When I was a kid, my favorite spot was called Peanut Butter Haven, where I’d order a gooey peanut butter marshmallow sandwich on toasted white bread,” Britton Bauer said. “This flavor is straight out of my childhood—super creamy peanut butter ice cream swirled with marshmallow cream ice cream and lots of toasted crust pieces.”
