Campus bar receives citation over the weekend

Midway on High, 1728 N. High St., received a citation for improper conduct – disorderly activity and permit not posted after Ohio Investigative Unit agents visited the bar this past weekend.

According to a release, during an inspection, agents found about 100 people in the lower portion of the bar with about 200 more people in the upstairs portion of the bar. Little to no facial coverings were worn by staff or patrons, and many patrons were standing and dancing.

Walking through the bar was difficult because there wasn’t any separation between groups, according to the release.
