Cameron Mitchell Restaurants to bring Italian eatery to Bridge Park

Bridge Park just keeps leveling up.

According to a release shared today, July 8, Cameron Mitchell Restaurants has announced that Valentina’s will come in early spring to 4595 Bridge Park Ave.

“We want guests coming to Bridge Park to be transported to Northern Italy and experience all the tastes, sounds, and smells that it brings,” said Cameron Mitchell Restaurants President and COO David Miller in a prepared statement.

According to the release, the concept developed following a senior leadership team trip to Italy made in 2018 to celebrate CMR’s 25th anniversary. A visit to the Marchesi di Barolo Winery gave way to a partnership with winery owners Anna and Ernesto Abbona.

Valentina’s 6,200 square-foot space will feature a large patio overlooking Dublin’s pedestrian bridge, and guests will be able to enjoy Northern Italian-inspired cuisine, fine wine, and specialty cocktails.

Valentina’s will join CMR concepts Cap City Fine Diner, The Avenue Steak Tavern, and The Pearl.
