New Vietnamese eatery now open in Hilliard

West-siders have a brand-new Vietnamese option at their disposal.

Pho Thanh, located at 4568 Cemetery Rd. in Hilliard, officially opened for business on Sept. 7.

Featuring a full slate of authentic Vietnamese cuisine, Pho Thanh offers beef pho (with five different cuts of meat to choose from) and several varieties of the iconic bahn mi sandwich (such as cold cut and grilled pork). Diners can also opt for a handful of other Vietnamese entrees or a build-your-own style seafood boil. The restaurant says it plans to carry chicken pho soon as well.

And more than just authentic Vietnamese eats, Hilliard patrons can opt for Vietnamese orange juice or lemonade, in addition to Vietnamese coffee and teas. Slushies are also available.

Pho Thanh is open from 11 a.m. until 8 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday, and 11 a.m. until 6 p.m. on Sunday. The restaurant is closed on Monday.
