EVENT PANEL DETAILS
The panel portion of the event begins at 6:30 and will feature four Tailored Management team members speaking candidly on their experiences and what the company is about. There will be time reserved at the end for an audience Q&A.
Following the panel discussion attendees will have the opportunity to network as well as talk one on one with additional Tailored Management employees to learn about open positions.

SAMANTHA SCHILDER
National Account Executive
Hi! My name is Samantha and I am an Ohio University graduate who kicked off my career 4 years ago with Tailored Management. I have had the opportunity to grow alongside the company as a Recruiter, Team Lead, Account Manager and currently serve as one of our Business Development Executives. In my free time I enjoy hanging with my Bernedoodle, Palmer and re-doing my boyfriend & I’s 1906 home!
JESSIE SPANDEL
VP of Human Resources
Hola! I’m a proud alumnus of The Ohio State University and have called Columbus, OH home since 2008. I joined the Tailored Management family in August 2018 and my favorite part of my role is being able to interact with and continuously learn from our amazing team of diverse associates both here in Columbus and across the US on assignment with our clients! When I’m not at work, I enjoy a good episode of Housewives on Bravo or Billions on Showtime, camping, reminiscing to 80’s music, and traveling with my husband.
JOAQUIN CASTILLO
Client Relationship Executive
I have been with Tailored Management for over 4 years and my career progression has been on the Client Services side throughout the entirety of my tenure. I have 3 direct reports that I coordinate with on a daily basis to support 7 clients. I have enjoyed my time at TM because I get to see the impact of my work for the company firsthand. I enjoy the freedom of the unlimited PTO policy, which allows me to enjoy my hobbies which include hiking, camping, and exploring the outdoors in general.
ALYSSA MARTIG GOEDKER
Recruiting Manager
I have been with Tailored Management for 5 and a half years. After 3 years of recruiting, I verged into leadership at the end of 2018. Currently, I oversee 3 client account teams that include 8 recruiter direct reports. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband, Sam, and my kitty cat, Dash! This summer, I plan on spending time travelling to see friends and family, and when at home, hanging out on my patio enjoying summertime drinks!
