Must be an Ohio resident, 21 years of age or older. Contest ends on April 27th at 9a. One Grand Prize winner will receive pizza for a year from their favorite participating restaurant. Free pizza for a year indicates one pizza per week valued at $10 for a total prize value of $520. Winner will be randomly selected and notified via the email address submitted upon entry and will have 72 hours to claim the prize via email. If unclaimed, (614) will randomly select an alternate winner who will have 72 hours to claim the prize. One submission per valid email address. Each valid and unique entry equals a $0.25 donation to a local charity. Employees and immediate family of 614 Media Group not eligible to win.
