“It’s not rocket science or brain surgery, but it is amazing to make connections with people of all walks of life. All the different people I have met over the past 17 years, I likely wouldn’t have met any of them if I was not a real estate professional,” she said. “I’m really interested in people’s stories. Real estate allows me to be exposed to lots of different people from various walks of life with different goals.”

The variety keeps it fun, she said. “There are so many reasons to be buying or selling a home. It never gets old or boring and it’s definitely not the same thing every day. It’s fresh, exciting and challenging,” she said. “Some situations are really emotional. I’ve sold houses for people who are dying, or who have lost someone, or a couple getting divorced or married or having a baby. Home-buying and -selling can be joyous and sad, but the consistent thread is helping people accomplish something they want or need to do. How cool is that?”
