Beer-battered goat cheese with jalapeño infused honey and fresh thyme.

with colcannon, maple glazed parsnips and brussel sprouts and a whiskey mushroom sauce.

Lamb Burger
Grilled seasoned lamb burger with a creamy whipped rosemary and blue cheese spread, arugula, tomatoes and pickled onion on a potato bun.

Tagliatelle Carbonara
Ribbons of pasta with ham, peas, mushrooms, parmesan, and black pepper tossed in a light cream sauce, garnished with fresh basil. Served with garlic toast.
