  2. By using this platform, You are responsible for the accuracy and content of the listing and item offered. You full responsibility for their listing and authorize 614 Digital, LLC to share these offers to the general public at its discretion.
  3. 614 Digital, LLC does not guarantee: the existence, quality, safety or legality of items advertised; the truth or accuracy of users’ content or listings; the ability of sellers to sell items or the seller will actually complete a transaction or return an item
  4. Both the business and authorized representative submitting the offer agree to hold harmless 614 Digital, LLC its employees officers, parent or related companies from any claims resulting from the advertising and/or sale of the product(s) or service(s) offered.
  5. 614 Digital, LLC reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, without notice.

GENERAL GUIDELINES

  1. 614 Digital, LLC reserves the sole right to select offers at our own discretion.
  2. An individual brand will not be featured more than once every 90 days.
  3. Brands may not offer one-off items. ie: “50% off  a car. First person only” Quantity limits may be placed but must be reasonable and verifiable.
  4. Minimum quantity on any offer of 20, max 200.
  5. All offers must expire before the next Saturday.
  6. We create (and keep) a small fee from the customer ($1-$3) which gives them the ability to redeem the deal and protects you from redeeming too many offers.
