Bar Louie coming to Polaris
Bar Louie, already with locations in the Arena District and at Easton, is set to add a third central Ohio spot. The Texas-based chain is hoping that you’ll want to eat, drink and be happy at Polaris. Renovations are already underway and signage is up at 1611 Polaris Parkway, former site of Fisherman’s Wharf and previously a Bob Evans. (The restaurant community is determined to have you eat at this spot!) Ads on social media promoting hiring events say that the location is to open soon, though no date has been given publicly. (jj)
