With Mike Stinziano’s (D) election to Columbus City Council, that leaves a hole in the Ohio House. A House panel has selected assistant attorney general Kristin Boggs to fill the post.
Boggs has worked for the state for ten years and currently heads the legal department of Ohio Attorney General Mike DeWine’s (R) crime victims office. She was selected from a pool of four finalists for the seat. Boggs must still be confirmed by the House Democratic Caucus.
