We here at 614Now want to spread the love around the capital city, and we’re doing it in true 614 fashion: By giving you a city date guide, and plenty of giveaways and coupons to build the best evening of fun you can have in Cbus. Whether it’s your first time meeting in person, or you’re already wearing wedding bands, we want to be your one-stop-idea-shop for a night on the town.

So you both swiped right.
Now let the games begin!
#Love614 has planned out an afternoon-to-evening, capital city itinerary for lighting a lasting spark with your new guy- or gal-pal.

Meet-Up:

The first impression is important. Start the date at The Franklin Park Conservatory. Get there by 3 p.m. for the butterfly release, and then walk through the greenhouses, and check out the art installations on the grounds. Your date will think you’re oh so cultured.

Moving right along:

If things are going well, it’s time to move on to the wieners—at Dirty Franks. Have some adult beverages and an Ohioana. Try the fried leeks (trust me.) Impress your date by naming all the local bands they play while you stuff your lovely faces with the best dogs in the city.

Nightcap:

If you haven’t had a major argument over politics, and they know climate change is real, it’s time to wrap up this evening in a neat little bow. Does your date like Mortal Kombat? Of course they do. When you’re done with your wieners, take a stroll next door to 16 Bit Arcade, where the games are on free play, and the creative cocktails flow. Set it to two player and FINISH HIM!

The rest is up to you *wink*
