It’s time to rejoice craft beer lovers. There’s an 80-tap beer restaurant set to open in November at Polaris Fashion Place. “Columbus Brewing Co. to Elevator, anything we can get our hands on that is made in Columbus,” said owner Mic Foster, according to the Dispatch. There are about 30 taps that will be reserved solely for local brews at Brass Tap and 25 to 30 taps will be rotating throughout the week to create an ever-changing beer menu. There will also be 160 bottled beers available and their signature pretzel-crust pizza.
