Craft beer + craft wine coming to Polaris
Craft beer and wine will have a home at The Cask & Barrel coming to Polaris in the winter. Founders R. Spenser Hanson and W. Brian Kilbourne plan to stock the restaurant with 400 bottled craft beers, 30 craft beers on tap and more than 100 retail wines. “The desire to open this establishment originated with the desire to bring to life an establishment that had an equally extensive selection of both craft beer and good wine,” Hanson said, according to Columbus Underground. The Cask & Barrel is expected to open at the beginning of December.
