An overdue Stauf’s complete in German Village
The newest Stauf’s in German Village took a bit longer to complete than originally planned for an early July opening, but over the weekend, the coffee roasters finally opened their doors. More work to the space will continue though even after the opening. Stauf’s replaced the Cup O Joe and MoJoe Lounge that was there perviously. “We had a few of our updates denied for exterior updates, so we have to go back to the German Village Commission in October,” Stauf’s President Mark Swanson said, according to Columbus Underground.
