Italian Village is on the cusp of a serious break through. Breweries call it home. Now restaurants like The Market call it home. And its newest addition, Cray Eatery and Drinkery now has it’s own place nestled down on Fourth Street. Tuesday was originally the bar’s big day but the gastropub has pushed the opening day to Friday for the masses to come in, ogle at the graffiti Columbus painting on the wall and enjoy the liquors the bar specializes in. Unlike some of its neighbors, Cray isn’t going for the brewery bar-esque drinks, but instead has focused on the cocktail and liquor scene that can be neglected in the beer-loving city. Patrons can order Hibiscus Gin, even garlic infused vodka, a spicy margarita or a gummy bear martini.

Cray: New bar coming Tuesday
Cray Eatery & Drinkery might be a bar, but it might also still have the smells of bread wafting in from the old Wonder Bread factory. The bar opening Tuesday in the old Wonder Bread building with modern glam, a bright red well and a mural that screams Columbus. Their focal point is house infused liquor with custom cocktails dominating the drink menu. Local beers, wines and food will also be available at the 697 N Fourth Street bar, according to Drink Up Columbus.
