The Polaris era of eating
Business has been booming for Polaris lately, and mostly restaurant business. Matt the Miller’s just opened up this month, serving up craft beer, and traditional dining. Firebirds Wood Fired Grill opened up last month near Genghis Grill that opened up in June. It has been a frenzy of construction, and new openings. Bibibop Asian Grill is also starting plans to open up shop near the shopping center as well. Topping off this list is Roosters which is now open too.
