AG DeWine accused of ‘pay to play operation’
Democrat David Pepper looked at the way contracts are awarded, and has accused Attorney General Mike DeWine of rigging the whole system in order to benefit himself. The “pay to play” operation the democrat has accused DeWine of, concern the how contract awards are given. Pepper said that the AG uses the system to incentive those who donate and support him, according to the Dispatch.
