What’s a few dollars on tickets? or a few thousand

The democratic candidate for Ohio Attorney General has racked up quite a few tickets over he past few years. David Pepper has managed to get 180 tickets over 14 years, a report by the AP discovered, and the lawyer has paid $9,229 to pay the fines off, some of them late.

Does it really matter?

AG Mike DeWine thinks it does (obviously) and according to the Dispatch his office has said he demonstrates, “remarkable hypocrisy in their inability to follow the law themselves.” Pepper’s office though has argued the lawyer has a busy schedule, and so what if he has had a few parking tickets, and there are bigger matters at hand.
