The US Postal Service is known for traipsing through the city in snow or sleet to deliver mail and packages. Columbus though is one of the cities that will have distribution centers closed next year. Friday postal workers took to the capital to protest the closing, saying it will heavily affect service. The closing are intended to save $3.5 billion throughout the next five years. Workers are saying there could be a delay in service because of the changes.
