Franklin County’s high water/sewage rates could get higher
Residents in Franklin County already pay some of the highest rates across the nation for water and sewage, and that price could get even higher. It’s small, broken up and not making enough money and consultants are beginning to warn that something needs to be done to avoid skyrocketing rates. Rates could end up doubling by 2017 without changes.
