3 years in prison for drunk driver after hitting bicyclist
Wednesday a driver was sentenced to three years in prison after he hit a bicyclist in Upper Arlington and then kept driving. Andrew Inglis plead guilty to aggravated vehicular assault, and following the crash he failed sobriety tests. Witnesses of the hit stopped to help the cyclist and some chased down the driver. The victim, Steve Wartenberg, was taken to the hospital and treated for a collapsed lung, broken ribs and vertebrae, a broken shoulder and bruising of the brain, the Dispatch reported.
