A win for Uber
Uber has finally gotten a win after being slammed with new regulations and other stipulations in Ohio. The company has been granted a restraining order for its insurance policy to not be part of public record. Uber’s argument was that the policy contained proprietary trade secrets, and a Franklin County judge granted the company that restraining order Friday, according to the Dispatch. The app-based car service company filed for that order after a TV station requested the policy.
