Bomb threat on middle school a hoax
UPDATE: Middle schoolers at Woodland Park Middle School returned to school after a threat had the school evacuated. The threat was made by a juvenile the police discovered. According to CCS, the building was cleared so that officers could check the building.
UPDATE: Police have tracked down the person who made the phone call and have said it was a hoax.
Woodward Park Middle School in north Columbus has been evacuated following a bomb threat, according to NBC4. The school received threats on Wednesday and Thursday. The Wednesday threat was a student possibly bringing a knife to school and the Thursday threat came when an unknown person called to ask what the school would do if a student came in with a bomb. Students at the school have been moved to a field behind the school as a precaution, but no credible threat has been found yet.
