An Ohio bill has its sights set on lowering the number of repeat drunk drivers. The bill would require drivers who have suspended licenses because of drunk drive (but still have driving rights) to blow into a sensor that detects any alcohol before driving. The ignition would not start if the driver does not pass the sensor, according to ABC6.
